Privacy Policy
General Policy: Wesley protects the privacy of its students. We share only that data necessary for validation of credit transactions and verification of identity with our financial institution.
Database: Wesley maintains a private customer database for its own use. In accordance with accreditation guidelines, we must keep records on file for 30 years. We don’t offer any of your data to any other entity or third party
Implied Consent: Customers paying online at wesleyonline.edu.au give implied consent to implementation of these policies, as set forth below.
Refusal of Consent: By denying reasonable access to personal information necessary to complete and verify a transaction, a prospective customer surrenders the right to transact with Wesley Health Management
Personal data: Wesley does not share individually identifiable personal data obtained through the order process, other than credit experience, with any other entity.
Credit Data: Wesley reserves the right to exchange individual credit data and credit experience as any other organization may do in the course of business. This policy protects the order process on the Internet and promotes individual responsibility.
Refunds
Bookings and purchases are firm and no refunds will be given.
